Please note that we have limited capacity for responding to support requests but are very passionate about making sure you can use the platform fully. We will come back to you as soon as we can but your patience is appreciated.
To help you make the most of the platform, there are training resources that can help you troubleshoot any issues you may be having and learn about new features:
We provide monthly support webinars for organisations using the platform. These webinars will include an introduction to the platform, a demo of functionality, and a chance to answer any questions you might have.

A 'bug' is something which is broken in the code. You can find out more about reporting bugs here. Please fill out this form if something isn't working.
