Janina's favourite revolutionary

When it comes to role models for tackling systemic change through tireless process mastery, Janina looks no further than the iconic William Wilberforce. This 18th century changemaker was the epitome of determined operations - strategically choreographing the decades-long campaign to abolish the slave trade through brilliant organization and unwavering persistence. Just as Wilberforce meticulously coordinated efforts across political alliances, advocacy groups, and influential figures, Janina channels that same big-picture operational vision into driving progress at The Developer Society. From aligning cross-functional team workflows to designing airtight processes that keep big initiatives advancing, she finds inspiration in Wilberforce's ability to harmonize numerous complex workstreams for maximum impact. In his legacy of dismantling oppressive systems through principled project management, Janina is reminded daily that true operations mastery involves much more than just keeping trains running on time - it's about removing institutional obstacles to create a more just, equitable world.
