Modern Slavery

Our modern slavery policy is designed to ensure that our organization does not support or condone any form of slavery, human trafficking or forced labor.

  1. Compliance with laws and regulations: We will comply with all relevant laws and regulations regarding modern slavery, including the Modern Slavery Act 2015 in the UK.
  2. Identification of risks: We will identify and assess the risks of modern slavery within our organisation, including through our supply chains.
  3. Due diligence: We will conduct due diligence on our suppliers, contractors and other business partners to ensure they comply with laws and regulations regarding modern slavery and that they have appropriate policies and procedures in place.
  4. Communication: We will communicate our modern slavery policy to all staff members, suppliers, contractors and other business partners and encourage them to raise any concerns they may have.
  5. Training: Staff members will receive regular training on modern slavery, including how to recognise signs of slavery, human trafficking or forced labor and how to report any concerns.
  6. Monitoring and review: We will monitor the effectiveness of our modern slavery policy and review it regularly to ensure it is up-to-date and effective.
  7. Whistleblowing: We will have a clear whistle-blowing policy and procedures in place, so that staff members and others can confidentially report any concerns they may have about modern slavery or human trafficking.

By following this modern slavery policy, we can ensure that our organisation does not support or condone any form of slavery, human trafficking or forced labor. By identifying risks, conducting due diligence, communicating the policy, training staff members, monitoring and reviewing the policy and providing a whistleblowing mechanism, we can create a culture of awareness and take action against modern slavery in any form.
